Consent on Scroll

What it is

Treats a page scroll as a positive consent—functionally the same as clicking the banner’s “Accept” action.

What happens when enabled

• When a visitor scrolls the page (mouse wheel, trackpad, or touch) beyond a given threshold, Cookie Compliance:
  • Records consent at the current default Access Level and visible Purposes,
  • Stores the consent cookie (respecting your selected Duration),
  • Updates autoblocking (unblocks allowed tags), and
  • Sends updated signals to integrations (Google/Microsoft/Facebook consent modes).
