Notice Message Compliance

Cookie Compliance is loaded up with default banner messages to make it easier for you to display the right information to your visitors based on your business context. Through the Simulated Live Preview, you can set your default banner message by selecting the statements that most accurately describe the services you use on your website.

I use personalization services on my website

Content personalization relies on visitor data to deliver relevant content based on audience interests and motivations. If you use personalization services on your website, your banner message must include this due to the requirement under GDPR to request a separate consent per purpose.

Popular personalization services include: HubSpot, Disqus

I collect and analyze information about my website's traffic

Website traffic analytics services track a visitor's behavior while browsing your website. If you have a Google Analytics (GA) tag in the header of your website's HTML, then your website is collecting and analyzing traffic, and as such must clearly state this in the banner message due to the requirement to request a separate consent per purpose.

Popular analytics services include: Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar

I run targeted advertising on my website

Targeted advertising services deliver relevant ads to website visitors based on their browsing habits and other data collected from platforms like Google and Facebook. If you participate in behavioral advertising networks like Adsterra or ad serving platforms like Google AdSense, then you are running targeted advertising on your website, and as such must clearly state this in the banner message due to the requirement to request a separate purpose per consent.

Popular targeted advertising services include: Google AdSense, Facebook, Adsterra

How it works:
