How do I delete my account?

Before you delete your account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible after 24 hours. Before proceeding, complete these steps:
- Cancel active subscriptions: Portal → Account → Subscriptions — cancel any active Professional subscriptions to stop future billing.
- Export consent logs: Portal → Logs → Export — download all Cookie Consent and Privacy Consent records. These become unrecoverable after the 24-hour pending window closes.
- Note your domain App IDs: If you plan to reconnect your domains under a new account, save your App IDs now (Portal → Domains).
- Understand domain disconnection: All connected domains lose compliance features immediately upon deletion confirmation. You’ll need to reconnect each domain and reconfigure settings in a new account.
To delete your account:
From your Account Page, delete your Account by selecting "Delete Account" from the 3-dot menu in the top right of the Company Info box.
Once you confirm, your account is put into a pending state for 24 hours. After 24 hours, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
