Plan Overview
Compliance by Hu-manity.co offers two plan tiers:

Professional Plan Pricing
The Professional plan uses a per-domain subscription model. Each website (domain) that needs Professional features requires a domain slot in your plan.

How to Subscribe
From the WordPress Plugin
- Open
WP Admin → Compliance by Hu-manity.co. - If you are on the Basic (free) plan, click any Upgrade or Go Professional button. The Pricing Modal opens.
- Select your desired plan (1, 5, or 10 domains).
- Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Click Get Started. The Braintree hosted-fields payment form opens directly inside the modal (no redirect for free-tier upgrades).
- Enter card details (or use PayPal) inside the modal and submit. On successful payment the domain you upgraded from is moved to Professional right away.
Note: a Professional subscription applies to a specific domain. If you buy a plan from the Subscriptions area without choosing a domain, the payment succeeds but no domain is upgraded until you assign the license to one (see Assign a license to a domain below).
From the Hu-manity.co Portal
- Log in at app.hu-manity.co.
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Select a subscription plan and complete payment.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are supported:
- Credit or debit card — processed via Braintree (credit card and PayPal). All payments use Braintree throughout the WP plugin and Admin Portal.
- PayPal — available through the Braintree payment flow.
Payment processing is PCI-compliant. Card details are never stored on Hu-manity.co servers.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Current Plan
In the WordPress plugin, your current plan tier (Basic or Professional) is displayed throughout the admin interface. Professional features show a Pro badge. In the portal, navigate to Account to see your active subscription details.
The portal and your live banner reflect a plan change straight away. The WordPress plugin shows the plan it last synced, and refreshes automatically on its daily sync and whenever you open the plugin admin page — or instantly when you click Pull Configuration in the plugin's Domain Info sidebar.
Assign a License to a Domain
A Professional subscription is assigned per domain. A plan that is purchased but not yet attached to a domain leaves that domain on Basic. To assign a license:
- Log in to app.hu-manity.co and open your Account page.
- Find the domain and choose the Upgrade option.
- In the window that appears, select Use a License, pick your Professional plan from the dropdown, and confirm.
The domain now shows Professional in the portal and your live banner is on the Professional plan immediately. To update the WordPress plugin view right away, open the plugin and click Pull Configuration.
Changing Your Plan
To upgrade from a 1-domain plan to a 5-domain or 10-domain plan, or to switch between monthly and yearly billing:
- Log in to app.hu-manity.co.
- Go to Account → Subscription.
- Select the new plan or billing cycle.
- Confirm the change. Prorated charges or credits are applied automatically.
Updating Payment Method
To update your credit card or payment method:
- Log in to app.hu-manity.co.
- Navigate to Account → Subscription.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new payment details and save.
Accessing Invoices
Invoices for past payments are available in the portal under Account → Subscription. You can view and download invoices for your records.
Cancellation
To cancel your Professional subscription:
- Log in to app.hu-manity.co.
- Go to Account → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Your Professional features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your site reverts to the Basic (free) plan. Your consent banner continues to display, but Professional features (Facebook/Microsoft Consent Mode, geographic enforcement, advanced analytics, and exportable consent proofs) become unavailable. Consent data collected while on the Professional plan is retained.
Free Plan Thresholds
The Basic (free) plan includes a monthly session threshold for autoblocking and consent recording. When you reach 70% of your threshold, a usage nudge appears in the WordPress admin. If you exceed the threshold, autoblocking protection pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to Professional.
